Hotel Casa is located close to the train station Amsterdam Amstel (see route description [PDF]).
To get from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Amstel, you can take the train.
At Schiphol Airport look for the signs "trains". Follow these signs and you will arrive at Schiphol Train Station.
There you have to buy a ticket for the train to Amsterdam Amstel. You can do this at the desk or at the ticket machines. The machines can also be set to English. If you need help you can always ask one of the NS employees.
There is no direct train to Amsterdam Amstel. You have two options to get to this station. The shortest is via Amsterdam Duivendrecht. The other option is via Amsterdam Centraal.
Take the train in the direction of "Almere Oostvaarders" or direction "Duivendrecht" or direction "Hilversum", usually departing of from platform 1, this is a "stoptrein" or a "sprinter". Exit the train at "Duivendrecht". At station "Duivendrecht", take the train in the direction of "Amsterdam Centraal", usually departing from platform 5, and exit the train at station "Amsterdam Amstel".
Take the train to "Amsterdam Centraal", platform 1-2, there you take the train to "Amsterdam Amstel" or "Utrecht Centraal", from platform 5.
